By accessing or using Kosmic Oracle, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Nature of the Service

Kosmic Oracle is a spiritual, educational, and entertainment platform. It provides astrology calculations, journaling tools, and AI-generated interpretive content. The service is designed for reflection and self-inquiry, not factual certainty or guaranteed outcomes.

The Oracle reflects patterns. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, mental health, crisis, or other professional advice.

3. Beta Status

Some or all parts of Kosmic Oracle may be offered in beta. Beta features may change, break, be removed, or produce incomplete results without notice. You understand that beta access involves testing unfinished systems.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

5. Paid Features and Subscriptions

Some features may require payment, subscription, or future tiered access. If you purchase a subscription, you authorize the payment method on file to be charged for the selected plan, including recurring renewals until cancelled.

Pricing, included features, and plan availability may change. Any change will apply on a forward-looking basis as permitted by law.

6. Refund Policy

7. AI-Generated Content

Readings, summaries, and interpretations are generated in whole or in part by AI systems. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, emotionally intense, stylized, or unexpected. You are responsible for how you interpret and use this content.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Attempt to probe, copy, scrape, exploit, or reverse engineer the service
• Interfere with platform security, stability, or normal use by others
• Republish or resell protected content, code, artwork, or branded materials without permission
• Use the service to harass, threaten, defame, or cause harm

9. Intellectual Property

Kosmic Oracle, including its branding, code, visual design, oracle systems, text, prompts, and artwork, is protected by intellectual property law. You may share personal readings for non-commercial use, but you may not claim the platform’s content or systems as your own.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, pause, restrict, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, storage continuity, or feature permanence.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kosmic Oracle and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance damages arising from use of the platform, including reliance on readings, platform downtime, loss of data, or beta-related instability.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for the platform or other users.
